Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Remote AI Chatbot Moderator to join our team. This is a unique opportunity to work with cutting-edge AI technology, ensuring the quality and effectiveness of our chatbot interactions without any phone-based responsibilities. As a Chatbot Moderator, you will play a crucial role in refining our AI’s responses, ensuring accuracy, relevance, and adherence to brand guidelines. This position is 100% remote, allowing you to work from anywhere within the USA. Key Responsibilities

  • Review and moderate AI chatbot conversations to ensure quality, accuracy, and adherence to content guidelines.
  • Identify and tag areas for improvement in chatbot responses, dialogue flows, and knowledge base content.
  • Provide constructive feedback to AI training models to enhance chatbot performance and user satisfaction.
  • Escalate complex or sensitive issues to relevant internal teams for resolution.
  • Collaborate with AI developers and content creators to refine chatbot personalities and communication styles.
  • Monitor chatbot performance metrics and contribute to reporting on key insights.
  • Stay updated on best practices in AI moderation and digital communication.

Required Skills

  • Exceptional written communication and grammar skills in English.
  • Proven ability to analyze information critically and pay close attention to detail.
  • Strong understanding of online content moderation principles and ethical guidelines.
  • Proficiency in using digital tools and platforms for content review and data entry.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote environment.
  • Problem-solving aptitude with a proactive approach to identifying and addressing issues.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous experience in content moderation, customer service (chat/email based), or data annotation.
  • Familiarity with AI/Machine Learning concepts or chatbot technologies.
  • Experience working with style guides and brand voice guidelines.
  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Communications, Linguistics, Marketing, or a related field.
