Job Description

Join Sony Interactive Entertainment as a WFH Game Support Specialist and become a crucial part of our player community. Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service and technical support to PlayStation players via multiple channels (chat, email, phone).
  • Troubleshoot and resolve a wide range of player issues, including game functionality, account management, network connectivity, and hardware inquiries.
  • Escalate complex problems to specialized teams when necessary, ensuring timely resolution.
  • Document all interactions and resolutions accurately in our internal systems.
  • Stay up-to-date with new game releases, system updates, and service changes.
  • Contribute to knowledge base articles and internal support documentation.
  • Maintain a professional and empathetic demeanor, fostering a positive player experience.

Required Skills

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
  • Proficiency with computers and general technical aptitude.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote environment.
  • A genuine passion for video games and understanding of the gaming community.
  • Customer service experience (entry-level welcome, training provided).

  • Previous experience in a customer support or technical support role.
