Key Responsibilities
- Safely and efficiently deliver a high volume of packages to residential and business customers.
- Operate company vehicles in a safe and responsible manner, adhering to all traffic laws.
- Navigate designated routes using GPS and provided delivery tools.
- Scan packages accurately upon delivery and pick-up.
- Provide excellent customer service, addressing inquiries and concerns professionally.
- Load and unload packages from delivery vehicles.
- Maintain cleanliness and basic maintenance checks of assigned vehicle.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies.
- Work effectively as part of a team to meet daily delivery goals.
Required Skills
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Ability to lift and carry packages weighing up to 75 lbs.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Reliability and punctuality.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in delivery driving or a similar logistics role.
- Knowledge of the Katy, TX geographical area.
