Job Description
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Google Administrative Partner to provide exceptional business support to our remote teams. This 100% remote role focuses on ensuring smooth daily operations, managing schedules, coordinating projects, and facilitating communication across various departments. You will be an integral part of a dynamic team, contributing to Google’s continued success from the comfort of your home office.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage complex calendars and schedule internal/external meetings, ensuring optimal time utilization.
- Coordinate travel arrangements, including flights, accommodation, and ground transportation, as needed.
- Prepare and edit presentations, reports, and communications with high attention to detail.
- Process expense reports and manage procurement of office supplies or services for remote teams.
- Organize and support virtual team events, offsites, and training sessions.
- Act as a primary point of contact for administrative inquiries, triaging and resolving issues efficiently.
- Assist with project coordination and follow-up on action items to ensure timely completion.
- Maintain confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
- Proactively identify and implement process improvements to enhance administrative efficiency.
- Support new hire onboarding activities for remote team members.
Required Skills
- Minimum of 2 years of administrative support experience in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency with Google Workspace (Gmail, Calendar, Docs, Sheets, Slides, Meet).
- Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team.
- High level of discretion and ability to handle confidential information.
- Problem-solving attitude and ability to anticipate needs.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- Experience supporting senior-level executives or multiple team leaders.
- Familiarity with project management tools and methodologies.
- Experience working in a fully remote or hybrid work environment.
