You will monitor game performance, gather insights, and collaborate across teams to enhance gameplay, content, and overall player satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze game data, player feedback, and community trends related to EA Sports FC across global markets.
- Act as a subject matter expert on all aspects of EA Sports FC, including gameplay mechanics, game modes, and content updates.
- Monitor competitive titles and the broader football gaming landscape to identify opportunities and challenges.
- Collaborate with development, marketing, and community teams to translate insights into actionable recommendations.
- Contribute to the creation of reports and presentations detailing game performance, community sentiment, and strategic recommendations.
- Assist in the planning and execution of community events, content initiatives, and player engagement strategies.
- Identify and report potential bugs, exploits, or balance issues to the Quality Assurance and Development teams.
- Stay up-to-date with real-world football news, leagues, and player developments to inform game content and features.
Required Skills
- Deep passion for football and extensive, hands-on experience with EA Sports FC titles.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and draw meaningful conclusions.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, capable of articulating complex ideas clearly.
- Proven ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
