Job Description
As a Virtual Subscription Evaluator, you will play a crucial role in shaping the future of Google’s new subscription services. Working from the comfort of your home, you will thoroughly test, evaluate, and provide comprehensive feedback on pre-release products and services. Your insights will directly influence product development, user experience design, and market readiness. Key Responsibilities
- Conduct in-depth testing of new or updated Google subscription services across various platforms (web, mobile).
- Identify, document, and report bugs, usability issues, and inconsistencies clearly and concisely.
- Provide detailed written feedback on user interface, functionality, and overall user experience.
- Participate in virtual feedback sessions and discussions with product and engineering teams.
- Adhere strictly to testing protocols, confidentiality agreements, and data privacy policies.
- Maintain accurate and organized records of testing activities, results, and recommendations.
- Suggest improvements and innovative ideas for service enhancement and new feature development.
Required Skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (US English).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a keen eye for detail.
- High attention to detail and ability to identify subtle issues and edge cases.
- Proficiency with common web browsers and mobile operating systems (Android/iOS).
- Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines in a remote setting.
- Basic understanding of user experience (UX) principles and common usability heuristics.
- Familiarity with Google products and services, including subscription models.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in user testing, quality assurance (QA), or product evaluation.
