Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and physically capable Ceramic Tile Glazing Line Loader to join our manufacturing team in McKinney, Texas. This is an immediate hire opportunity for individuals ready to contribute to a fast-paced factory environment. As a Glazing Line Loader, you will be responsible for the efficient and safe loading of ceramic tiles onto our automated glazing lines, ensuring a continuous production flow and adherence to quality standards. This role requires attention to detail, a strong work ethic, and the ability to work as part of a collaborative team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Safely and efficiently load raw ceramic tiles onto the glazing line conveyor system.
  • Monitor the tile supply and ensure a continuous flow of materials to prevent production halts.
  • Perform visual inspections of tiles for defects before and after the glazing process.
  • Adhere to all safety protocols and use personal protective equipment (PPE) at all times.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area.
  • Assist with other general production tasks as needed.
  • Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors regarding production status and issues.

Required Skills

  • Ability to lift and move heavy materials repeatedly (up to 50 lbs).
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to identify quality issues.
  • Basic understanding of factory safety procedures.
  • Reliability and punctuality.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Excellent hand-eye coordination.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment.
