Job Description

We are seeking a highly detail-oriented and meticulous Records Management Administrator to join our team in a 100% remote capacity. This critical role involves maintaining and managing sensitive records with exceptional accuracy and efficiency, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements. The successful candidate will be responsible for data entry, document organization, information retrieval, and supporting various administrative tasks remotely. Key Responsibilities

  • Execute precise data entry and maintain records in various digital and physical formats.
  • Organize, classify, and file documents according to established company and industry standards.
  • Perform regular audits of records to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance.
  • Respond promptly to requests for information and provide accurate data retrieval.
  • Maintain strict confidentiality of all sensitive information.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless information flow and record-keeping practices.
  • Identify and report discrepancies or issues related to records management processes.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of records management systems and procedures.
  • Manage and prioritize tasks effectively in a remote work environment.

Required Skills
