Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Floatation Tank Attendant with an aptitude for technical support to join our team. This is a unique opportunity for individuals who are passionate about wellness and enjoy a hands-on role. While previous experience with float tanks is not required, as comprehensive training will be given, a keen eye for detail, excellent customer service skills, and a basic understanding of technical operations are essential. You will be responsible for ensuring our float tanks are pristine, our facility is welcoming, and our clients have an exceptional experience, including assisting with any minor technical issues that may arise.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet and welcome clients, providing a comprehensive orientation to the float experience and facility guidelines.
  • Prepare float rooms and tanks between sessions, ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness and sanitation.
  • Monitor and maintain optimal water quality and temperature in all float tanks, including chemical balancing and filtration system checks.
  • Provide technical support for float tank systems, troubleshooting minor equipment issues and performing routine maintenance tasks.
  • Educate clients on the benefits and procedures of float therapy, answering questions and addressing concerns with professionalism.
  • Manage client bookings, check-ins, and check-outs using our scheduling software.
  • Maintain inventory of supplies and report any needs for reordering.
  • Assist with general facility upkeep, ensuring a clean, safe, and calming environment.
  • Handle client feedback and resolve issues promptly and courteously to ensure client satisfaction.

  • Knowledge of water chemistry or filtration systems.
  • First Aid and CPR certification.
