Job Description

Key Responsibilities
- Greet guests upon arrival with a warm, professional, and efficient manner.
- Safely and efficiently park and retrieve luxury vehicles, ensuring their pristine condition is maintained.
- Assist guests with luggage and personal belongings, providing porter services as required.
- Maintain a thorough understanding of parking procedures, routes, and vehicle security protocols.
- Ensure the cleanliness and organisation of the valet and main entrance areas.
- Handle guest inquiries and requests with discretion and provide local information when needed.
- Report any vehicle damage or security concerns immediately.
- Operate all vehicles, including high-performance and luxury models, with expert care and attention.
Required Skills
- Full, clean UK driving license (manual and automatic proficiency).
- Minimum of 2 years professional driving experience.
- Impeccable customer service skills and a professional demeanor.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to vehicle care.
- Ability to work efficiently in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Physical stamina to stand, walk, and run for extended periods.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience driving luxury and high-performance vehicles.
- Previous experience in a valet, concierge, or similar role within a luxury hospitality setting.
- Familiarity with Manchester city centre and surrounding areas.
- First Aid certification.
