Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Lead Generation Specialist to join our B2B Outreach team in Seattle. In this role, you will be crucial in identifying, qualifying, and nurturing new business opportunities for Concentrix’s diverse portfolio of services. You will leverage various tools and strategies to uncover potential clients, initiate contact, and generate qualified leads that contribute directly to our sales pipeline. This position requires excellent communication skills, a proactive attitude, and a strong understanding of B2B sales cycles.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and research potential clients and target markets through various online channels, databases, and professional networks.
- Develop and execute targeted outreach campaigns via email, LinkedIn, and phone calls to initiate contact with prospects.
- Qualify leads based on predefined criteria, assessing their needs, budget, authority, and timeline (BANT).
- Maintain and update the CRM system (e.g., Salesforce) with accurate and detailed information on all lead generation activities and interactions.
- Collaborate closely with the sales team to ensure a smooth handover of qualified leads and provide insights from initial engagements.
- Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) for lead generation, consistently striving to improve conversion rates and pipeline quality.
- Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to refine lead generation strategies.
- Develop compelling messaging and value propositions tailored to specific target audiences.
- Participate in regular team meetings to share best practices, discuss challenges, and contribute to continuous improvement efforts.
Required Skills
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in B2B lead generation, sales, or telemarketing.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding lead generation targets.
- Proficiency with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and lead generation tools (e.g., LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft persuasive and professional outreach messages.
- Strong research and analytical skills to identify potential prospects and market trends.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working within the Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) or technology services industry.
- Familiarity with marketing automation platforms.
- Understanding of account-based marketing (ABM) strategies.
- Multilingual abilities, especially Spanish or Mandarin, are a plus.
- Certifications in sales methodologies or CRM platforms.
