Job Description
Are you a creative individual with a keen eye for aesthetics and a passion for all things nail art and social media? Bloom & Polish Studios is seeking a dynamic Nail Art Content Assistant to elevate our digital storytelling. This role is perfect for someone eager to translate the artistry of our nail technicians into captivating visual content for Instagram and other platforms. You’ll play a crucial role in enhancing our brand’s online presence, engaging our community, and showcasing our unique talent. Key Responsibilities
- Assist in planning, shooting, and editing high-quality photos and videos of nail art designs for Instagram and other social media channels.
- Develop and schedule engaging content, including reels, stories, and static posts, maintaining a consistent brand voice and aesthetic.
- Monitor social media trends, competitor activities, and engagement metrics to inform content strategy.
- Write compelling captions and interact with our online community, responding to comments and messages.
- Organize and maintain a digital asset library of nail art content.
- Collaborate closely with nail technicians and management to conceptualize new content ideas and campaigns.
- Support the studio with general creative tasks and administrative duties as needed.
Required Skills
- Proven creativity and a strong portfolio showcasing visual content creation (photography, videography, graphic design).
- Proficiency in social media platforms, especially Instagram, with a clear understanding of its algorithms and features.
- Basic knowledge of photo and video editing software (e.g., Adobe Lightroom, CapCut, InShot, Canva).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- A keen eye for detail, composition, and current aesthetic trends.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks.
Preferred Qualifications
- A degree or diploma in Marketing, Communications, Photography, Graphic Design, or a related field.
- Experience working in the beauty, fashion, or lifestyle industry.
- Familiarity with scheduling tools (e.g., Later, Planoly).
- Basic understanding of SEO and content optimization for social media.
- A genuine passion for nail art and beauty trends.
