Job Description

Key Responsibilities
- Perform general administrative tasks, including filing, data entry, photocopying, and scanning documents.
- Answer and direct phone calls, taking messages as needed.
- Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate personnel or department.
- Maintain organized physical and digital filing systems.
- Assist with scheduling appointments and managing calendars.
- Prepare and distribute correspondence, memos, and forms.
- Order and maintain office supplies inventory.
- Support various departments with ad-hoc projects as assigned.
- Ensure confidentiality of sensitive information and adherence to HIPAA regulations.
Required Skills
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Basic computer proficiency (Microsoft Office Suite, email).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
