Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Work From Home (WFH) Secretary to join our dynamic team. This role offers a flexible working model, allowing you to manage your tasks efficiently while contributing to critical business operations from your home office. As a WFH Secretary, you will provide comprehensive administrative support, ensuring the smooth operation of daily activities for designated teams and executives. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and a proven ability to work independently in a remote environment. This is a 100% remote position, offering significant autonomy and the opportunity to make a tangible impact.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain executive schedules, including arranging appointments, meetings, and travel.
  • Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents.
  • Organize and maintain electronic and physical filing systems.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing communications, including emails and phone calls.
  • Coordinate and schedule virtual meetings and conferences, including preparing agendas and taking minutes.
  • Process expense reports and manage office supply orders as needed.
  • Assist with special projects and research tasks as assigned.
  • Ensure timely and accurate completion of administrative tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Required Skills

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • High level of discretion and confidentiality.
  • Experience with virtual communication and collaboration tools (e.g., Microsoft Teams, Zoom).

Preferred Qualifications

  • Associate's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
  • Experience in a large corporate or aerospace/defense environment.
  • Familiarity with project management software.
  • Proven ability to adapt to new technologies and processes quickly.
