Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Hair Dye Production Worker to join our manufacturing team in Shawnee, Kansas. In this factory-based, shift work role, you will be a crucial part of our Beauty Care production line, responsible for the safe and efficient manufacturing of high-quality hair dye products. This position requires adherence to strict safety and quality standards, teamwork, and a commitment to operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor production machinery and equipment used in hair dye manufacturing.
- Prepare raw materials, measure, and mix ingredients according to precise formulations and production schedules.
- Ensure accurate weighing, batching, and packaging of hair dye products.
- Perform quality checks and inspections on products at various stages of production.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with all company policies and regulatory standards.
- Troubleshoot minor equipment issues and report major malfunctions to supervisors.
- Adhere to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Collaborate with team members to achieve production targets and maintain efficiency.
- Complete production logs and documentation accurately and timely.
Required Skills
- Ability to follow detailed instructions and formulas accurately.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Basic math skills for measurements and calculations.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
- Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs, stand for extended periods, and perform repetitive tasks.

Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment, especially in cosmetics, food, or pharmaceuticals.
- Familiarity with GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices).
- Experience operating automated production machinery.
- High school diploma or GED.
