Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Online Sales Support Specialist to join our thriving e-commerce team. This role is pivotal in driving sales growth by managing inbound leads, providing exceptional support to prospective customers, and converting inquiries into successful sales. You will be responsible for guiding customers through their purchasing journey, resolving queries, and identifying opportunities to upsell and cross-sell our innovative products and services. Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and respond promptly to online sales inquiries via chat, email, and phone.
  • Qualify leads effectively to identify customer needs and purchase intent.
  • Provide comprehensive product and service information, clearly explaining features and benefits.
  • Guide customers through the online sales process, from selection to checkout.
  • Achieve and exceed individual sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional products and services.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities using CRM software.
  • Collaborate with the wider sales and customer service teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
  • Stay updated on product knowledge, industry trends, and competitor offerings.

Required Skills

  • Proven experience in online sales, customer service, or a related field (1+ years).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong persuasive and negotiation abilities.
