Job Description
We are seeking an experienced and professional Party Bus Driver to join our team for night shifts. This is a full-time position requiring a valid CDL B license with Passenger Endorsement. As a Party Bus Driver, you will be responsible for safely transporting groups of passengers to various destinations, ensuring a fun, safe, and comfortable experience. The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service skills, a strong commitment to safety, and a reliable work ethic, particularly during evening and weekend hours.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate party buses safely and efficiently, adhering to all traffic laws and company policies.
- Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections of vehicles, ensuring all systems are in working order.
- Maintain cleanliness and presentable condition of the party bus.
- Provide exceptional customer service, assisting passengers with boarding, disembarking, and any inquiries.
- Manage passenger conduct to ensure a safe and enjoyable environment.
- Navigate routes effectively, using GPS and local knowledge to arrive at destinations on time.
- Complete all necessary paperwork, including logs, manifests, and incident reports.
- Handle unexpected situations with professionalism and calm, ensuring passenger safety and comfort.
Required Skills
- Valid Commercial Driver's License (CDL) Class B with Passenger Endorsement.
- Clean driving record (MVR).
- Ability to work night shifts, weekends, and holidays as required.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent knowledge of local traffic laws and routes in the Tampa Bay area.
- Ability to perform physical tasks associated with the job, including pre-trip inspections and assisting passengers.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience driving large passenger vehicles, especially party buses or motor coaches.
- Familiarity with luxury transportation protocols and customer expectations.
- First Aid and CPR certification.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
