Job Description
We are seeking meticulous and dedicated Audio Transcribers to join our remote team. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately transcribing audio data, which will be used to train and improve machine learning models. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals with strong listening skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to quality. You will play a crucial part in developing cutting-edge AI technologies, working on diverse projects with flexible hours and weekly payouts.
Key Responsibilities
- Accurately transcribe audio files into text, ensuring high levels of precision and adherence to project-specific guidelines.
- Identify and tag different speakers, background noises, and other relevant audio events as per instructions.
- Review and edit your own transcriptions for grammar, spelling, punctuation, and overall coherence.
- Meet daily and weekly transcription quotas while maintaining quality standards.
- Collaborate with project managers and quality assurance teams to ensure consistent output and address feedback.
- Manage your time effectively to handle multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Maintain confidentiality of all project-related information.
Required Skills
- Excellent listening comprehension and auditory discrimination skills.
- High level of proficiency in English grammar, spelling, and punctuation.
- Fast and accurate typing speed (minimum 60 WPM).
- Exceptional attention to detail and ability to follow complex instructions.
- Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently.
- Basic computer literacy and comfort with online tools.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in audio transcription, data entry, or linguistics.
