Job Description
Are you passionate about beauty and wellness but lack formal experience? This is your chance to kick-start a rewarding career! The Headland Hotel and Spa is seeking enthusiastic individuals for a Beauty Therapist Trainee position. We offer comprehensive, on-the-job training provided by our experienced therapists, covering a wide range of beauty treatments and client care techniques. This full-time role is perfect for someone eager to learn, dedicated to delivering exceptional service, and ready to grow within a prestigious spa environment. No prior experience is necessary – just a strong desire to learn and a natural flair for customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Shadow and assist senior beauty therapists during treatments, learning various techniques and protocols.
- Learn about and prepare treatment rooms, ensuring they are clean, tidy, and fully stocked.
- Understand client consultation processes and contribute to creating personalized treatment plans.
- Develop skills in a range of beauty treatments, including facials, massages, manicures, pedicures, and waxing.
- Maintain high standards of hygiene and professionalism within the spa.
- Provide excellent customer service, ensuring client comfort and satisfaction.
- Assist with spa reception duties as needed, including booking appointments and handling enquiries.
- Actively participate in all training sessions and seek feedback for continuous improvement.
