Job Description

An exceptional opportunity has arisen for an experienced and dedicated Housekeeper to join a prestigious private estate located in the picturesque Cheltenham, Gloucestershire. This live-in position is ideal for a meticulous and discreet professional seeking a long-term role within a well-managed household. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and organization across the property, ensuring a comfortable and pristine environment for the principals and their guests.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform daily cleaning tasks to an exceptional standard, including dusting, vacuuming, polishing, and sanitizing all areas of the estate.
  • Manage laundry, ironing, and care for delicate garments and fine linens.
  • Oversee inventory of household supplies, ensuring items are well-stocked and ordered as needed.
  • Assist with meal service and table setting for family and guests when required.
  • Maintain household equipment and report any maintenance issues promptly.
  • Adhere to strict protocols of discretion, privacy, and confidentiality.
  • Prepare guest rooms and common areas to impeccable standards for arrivals.

  • Proven experience as a Housekeeper in a private residence or luxury hospitality setting.
