Job Description
We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated individual to join our growing Digital Analytics team as a Google Analytics Support Junior. This entry-level position is perfect for someone eager to start a career in digital analytics, offering comprehensive training and a clear path for professional development. You will play a crucial role in supporting our clients with their Google Analytics implementations, data integrity, and reporting needs, working closely with senior analysts and consultants from our Croydon office.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide first-line support for client inquiries related to Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and Universal Analytics (UA) data and configuration.
- Assist in troubleshooting Google Analytics tracking issues and data discrepancies.
- Help generate basic reports and dashboards using Google Analytics and other reporting tools.
- Document support procedures, client configurations, and common resolutions.
- Participate in training sessions to continuously improve knowledge of Google Analytics and related digital marketing tools.
- Collaborate with senior team members on larger analytics projects.
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide clear, concise solutions.
Required Skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Eagerness to learn about digital analytics and Google products.
- Basic understanding of web technologies (e.g., HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Some exposure to Google Analytics (e.g., personal use, online courses).
