Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Remote Student Clerk to join our administrative team. This part-time position offers flexible hours, approximately 10-15 hours per week, allowing you to balance work with your academic schedule. As a Remote Student Clerk, you will provide essential administrative support, contributing to the smooth operation of our department. This is a 100% remote position, providing the flexibility to work from anywhere within Arizona.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform data entry and maintain accurate records in various systems.
  • Assist with document preparation, editing, and formatting.
  • Manage electronic filing systems, ensuring proper organization and accessibility of files.
  • Respond to email inquiries and direct communications to appropriate personnel.
  • Schedule meetings and assist with calendar management as needed.
  • Conduct basic research and compile information for reports.
  • Support special projects and administrative tasks as assigned.

Required Skills

  • Currently enrolled as a student at an accredited institution.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote environment.
