Job Description
We are seeking enthusiastic and reliable individuals to join our team as a Full-Time Warehouse Associate in Aurora, Illinois. This role guarantees 40 hours of work per week, providing stability and consistency. As a Warehouse Associate, you will play a crucial role in our fulfillment center operations, handling a variety of tasks that ensure products are stored, picked, packed, and shipped efficiently to our customers. Key Responsibilities
- Receive and unpack shipments, verifying contents against packing lists.
- Efficiently sort, label, and store items in designated warehouse locations.
- Accurately pick and pack customer orders, ensuring proper handling and packaging.
- Operate manual and powered equipment (such as pallet jacks or forklifts, with proper training) safely and efficiently.
- Load and unload trucks, containers, and other vehicles.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment, adhering to all safety protocols.
- Perform quality checks on products to ensure they meet standards.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily productivity and quality goals.
Required Skills
- Ability to lift up to 49 pounds regularly, and stand/walk for extended periods.
- Capable of frequent bending, lifting, twisting, and reaching.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
- Basic computer navigation skills (for scanning and inventory systems).
- Reliable transportation to and from the worksite.
Preferred Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a warehouse, production, or manufacturing environment.
