Job Description
Vibe Nightclub & Lounge is seeking an enthusiastic and reliable Entry-Level Cloakroom Attendant to join our team for weekend nights. This is a crucial role in ensuring our guests have a smooth and enjoyable experience from the moment they arrive. You will be responsible for the efficient and secure management of guests’ personal belongings, maintaining a friendly and organized cloakroom, and contributing to the overall positive atmosphere of the club. Key Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival and departure.
- Accept, tag, and securely store guests' coats, bags, and other personal items.
- Accurately retrieve items for guests upon presentation of their claim ticket.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and secure cloakroom area.
- Handle items with care and respect, ensuring their safety throughout the night.
- Manage lost and found items according to company policy.
- Address guest inquiries and provide excellent customer service.
- Report any suspicious activity or issues to management immediately.
Required Skills
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
- Reliable and punctual, especially for weekend night shifts.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.
- Honest, trustworthy, and able to handle confidential items.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weights (e.g., heavy coats).
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in a customer service or hospitality role.
- Familiarity with nightclub operations or similar fast-paced environments.
- A proactive attitude and willingness to assist team members.
