Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the creation and maintenance of content playlists across various genres and categories.
- Curate film and TV series selections based on performance data, seasonal trends, and strategic initiatives.
- Ensure accuracy and consistency of metadata, imagery, and content descriptions within playlists.
- Collaborate with content programming, editorial, and marketing teams to align playlist strategies with overall company goals.
- Monitor content performance metrics and provide insights to optimize playlist effectiveness.
- Research and identify emerging content trends and audience preferences to inform playlist decisions.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions to develop innovative playlist concepts and user experiences.
- Conduct quality assurance checks on all published playlists to guarantee a high standard of presentation.
- Stay updated on Netflix's content catalog, new releases, and competitor offerings.
Required Skills
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred but not required for entry-level.
- Demonstrated passion for film, television, and digital entertainment.
- Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in basic office software (e.g., Google Workspace, Microsoft Office).
