Job Description

Marks & Spencer in Derry/Londonderry is seeking enthusiastic Retail Greeters to join our team for the upcoming peak period. Key Responsibilities
- Warmly welcome all customers as they enter and exit the store, creating a positive first and last impression.
- Act as a visible point of contact for customer inquiries, directing them to appropriate departments or staff.
- Offer assistance with store navigation, locating products, and understanding promotions.
- Maintain a tidy and inviting entrance area, including tidying trolleys or baskets.
- Proactively engage with customers to enhance their shopping experience and anticipate their needs.
- Assist with basic operational tasks as needed, such as managing queues or distributing shopping aids.
- Uphold Marks & Spencer's standards of customer service and brand image.
Required Skills
