Job Description
We are seeking a highly professional and dedicated Residential Concierge to join our elite team at Beau Rivage. This role is pivotal in ensuring an exceptional living experience for our discerning residents, offering personalized services and maintaining the highest standards of hospitality. The Residential Concierge will manage a variety of resident requests, provide comprehensive support, and act as the primary point of contact for all inquiries within our luxury residential tower. This position requires a commitment to 12-hour shifts, ensuring continuous high-quality service.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for all resident inquiries and requests, delivering personalized and prompt assistance.
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries, ensuring secure handling and timely distribution.
- Coordinate and schedule various resident services, including transportation, dining reservations, entertainment bookings, and amenity access.
- Maintain a secure environment by monitoring access to the residential tower, verifying guest credentials, and adhering to security protocols.
- Proactively anticipate resident needs and offer solutions to enhance their living experience.
- Handle resident complaints and issues with professionalism, discretion, and efficiency, escalating to management when necessary.
- Provide accurate and up-to-date information about the property, local attractions, and services.
- Maintain detailed records of resident preferences and special requests to personalize service delivery.
- Collaborate effectively with other departments, including security, housekeeping, and maintenance, to ensure seamless service.
- Uphold the highest standards of confidentiality and discretion regarding resident information.
Required Skills
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Proven ability to provide world-class customer service in a luxury environment.
- Strong organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail.
- Proficiency in managing multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced setting.

- Flexibility to work 12-hour shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Familiarity with concierge software and general office applications.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in a luxury hotel, residential, or hospitality setting (e.g., as a Concierge, Front Desk Agent, or Guest Relations).
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or a related field.
- Multilingual abilities are a significant asset.
- Knowledge of local attractions, dining, and cultural events in the Biloxi area.
