Job Description

Join our team as a Wellness Retreat Assistant and become a vital part of delivering transformative wellness experiences. This role is perfect for an enthusiastic individual passionate about holistic well-being and exceptional guest service. You will support the smooth operation of our exclusive wellness retreats, primarily assisting with guest activities, program logistics, and ensuring a serene and uplifting atmosphere. While the title mentions ‘BC Interior’, this specific hiring is based out of our Burnaby hub, with opportunities to support various retreat locations across British Columbia as needed. Staff housing is provided to support your dedication to our guests’ well-being.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist Retreat Coordinators and Wellness Practitioners in daily retreat operations.
  • Prepare and set up retreat spaces for various activities, including yoga, meditation, and workshops.
  • Welcome guests and provide orientation, ensuring a warm and comfortable arrival experience.
  • Support the scheduling and coordination of guest appointments and activities.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of retreat areas and equipment.
  • Respond to guest inquiries and requests with professionalism and a helpful demeanor.
  • Assist with inventory management and ordering of retreat supplies.
  • Collaborate with the culinary team to ensure seamless meal service during retreats.
  • Provide administrative support as needed to ensure efficient retreat management.
