Job Description
We are seeking a diligent and motivated Production Warehouse Worker to join our manufacturing support team in Oceanside. This role is crucial for ensuring the smooth operation of our production lines by managing inventory, preparing materials, and maintaining an organized and safe warehouse environment. Key Responsibilities
- Receive, unload, and store incoming materials and supplies according to company procedures.
- Pick, pack, and prepare materials for shipment or transfer to production areas.
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment safely and efficiently.
- Maintain accurate inventory records through proper scanning and documentation.
- Conduct regular inventory counts and reconcile discrepancies.
- Ensure cleanliness and organization of the warehouse and production support areas.
- Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies.
- Assist with general production tasks as needed to support manufacturing operations.
Required Skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic computer skills for inventory management systems.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in a warehouse or manufacturing environment.
- Forklift certification or experience.
- Familiarity with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
