Job Description
Join Concentrix as a Netflix Reviewer for a 100% remote, part-time, and casual role. You will be responsible for reviewing, categorizing, and providing feedback on various aspects of Netflix content, including synopses, genres, and tags, to ensure accuracy and enhance user experience. This position requires strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently from home.
Key Responsibilities
- Accurately review and categorize Netflix content based on established guidelines.
- Verify the correctness of synopses, genre tags, cast/crew information, and parental guidance ratings.
- Provide constructive and detailed feedback on content metadata to improve accuracy and relevance.
- Identify and report any discrepancies, errors, or inappropriate content.
- Maintain consistency and adhere to quality standards in all reviews.
- Manage your workload efficiently to meet daily productivity targets.
- Stay updated with Netflix content policies and guidelines.
Required Skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Proficiency with basic computer applications and internet navigation.
- Reliable internet connection and a personal computer.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the USA.
