Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented and enthusiastic Junior Title Analyst to join our Content Operations team, specializing in Netflix catalog management. This entry-level role is crucial for maintaining the accuracy and completeness of our Netflix-related metadata, ensuring our clients receive the most up-to-date and comprehensive information. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, a passion for entertainment content, and a strong desire to learn the intricacies of content metadata and digital distribution platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Research, verify, and input metadata for Netflix titles, including cast, crew, genre, synopsis, ratings, and release information.
- Ensure data accuracy and consistency across various internal systems and client deliverables.
- Identify and resolve discrepancies in content metadata by cross-referencing multiple sources.
- Collaborate with senior analysts and other teams to understand and implement new data standards and workflows.
- Monitor Netflix content updates and proactively update our database accordingly.
- Assist in quality assurance checks of metadata before publication.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of data collection and management processes.
Required Skills

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
