Job Description
We are seeking enthusiastic and detail-oriented Housekeepers / Room Attendants to join our dynamic team at Fairmont St Andrews. If you have a passion for cleanliness, an eye for detail, and are committed to delivering exceptional guest experiences, we want to hear from you. This is a full-time position offering an immediate start and weekly pay. You will play a crucial role in maintaining the pristine condition of our guest rooms and public areas, ensuring a comfortable and luxurious stay for all our visitors.
Key Responsibilities
- Clean and prepare guest rooms and suites in accordance with Fairmont brand standards and health and safety guidelines.
- Change linens, make beds, and replace used towels.
- Vacuum carpets, sweep and mop floors, and dust furniture.
- Clean and sanitize bathrooms, including showers, toilets, and sinks.
- Replenish guest room amenities, such as toiletries, coffee, and minibar items.
- Report any maintenance issues, damages, or missing items to the supervisor promptly.
- Maintain cleanliness of corridors, service areas, and storage rooms.
- Adhere to all safety and security procedures.
- Handle guest requests efficiently and courteously.
- Assist with laundry duties as needed.
