Job Description
Restore Hyper Wellness is seeking a highly skilled and passionate IV Hydration Nurse to join our dynamic team in Plano, TX. As an IV Hydration Nurse, you will be responsible for providing safe, effective, and personalized intravenous hydration and nutrient therapies to our diverse clientele. You will play a crucial role in assessing client needs, educating them on the benefits of our services, and ensuring a comfortable and professional experience. Your ability to build rapport and deliver exceptional service will be key to your success and earning potential.
Key Responsibilities
- Safely and proficiently administer IV hydration and nutrient therapies according to established protocols.
- Conduct thorough client assessments, including health history and vital signs, to ensure appropriate treatment plans.
- Educate clients on the benefits, risks, and post-care instructions related to IV therapies and other wellness services.
- Maintain a sterile and organized work environment, adhering to all safety and sanitation guidelines.
- Accurately document all client interactions, treatments, and outcomes in the electronic health record system.
- Monitor clients during and after treatment, responding promptly and effectively to any adverse reactions.
- Promote and upsell additional wellness services and membership packages to enhance client experience and clinic revenue.
- Collaborate with the wellness team to ensure a seamless and positive client journey.
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay current with best practices and new services.
Required Skills
- Current and unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Texas.
- Proven expertise in IV catheter insertion and venipuncture techniques.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a focus on client education.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a commitment to delivering outstanding customer service.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational abilities.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications and electronic health record systems.
Preferred Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in an acute care setting (e.g., ER, ICU, Med-Surg) or a medical spa/wellness clinic.
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) or Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification.
- Experience with sales or client retention in a retail or wellness environment.
- A passion for health, wellness, and preventative care.
