Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Credit Union Member Services Teller to join our community banking team in Fargo. In this role, you will be the face of Bell Bank, providing outstanding service to our valued customers. You will process transactions accurately and efficiently, help customers with their banking needs, and identify opportunities to introduce them to additional Bell Bank services that can help them achieve their financial goals. This is a full-time, Monday-Friday position, perfect for someone who enjoys a consistent schedule and thrives in a supportive team environment focused on community engagement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently, including deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, and check cashing.
  • Balance cash drawer daily and maintain proper cash levels.
  • Identify customer needs and cross-sell appropriate Bell Bank products and services.
  • Assist customers with account inquiries, transfers, and other banking service requests.
  • Maintain a high level of confidentiality and adhere to all banking regulations and security procedures.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, building rapport and trust with every interaction.
  • Educate customers on various banking options, including digital and online services.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve branch goals and foster a positive work environment.

  • Previous experience in a banking or financial services role.

  • Associate's degree in business, finance, or a related field.
