Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Google Professional to join our dynamic team. This is a high-demand, 100% remote position within the UK, offering the flexibility to work from anywhere in the country while contributing to cutting-edge projects for our diverse client base. As a Google Professional, you will leverage your expertise in Google Cloud Platform (GCP) and/or Google Workspace to design, implement, and manage innovative solutions that drive business transformation. You will work closely with clients to understand their needs, provide strategic guidance, and ensure successful project delivery. This role requires a strong understanding of Google technologies, excellent problem-solving abilities, and a passion for continuous learning in a fast-evolving technological landscape.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, architect, and implement scalable and secure solutions on Google Cloud Platform (GCP) or Google Workspace.
- Collaborate with clients to gather requirements, define project scope, and develop technical roadmaps.
- Provide expert consultation and best practices on Google technologies to optimize client environments.
- Lead technical workshops and training sessions for client teams and internal stakeholders.
- Troubleshoot complex technical issues and provide timely resolutions.
- Stay current with the latest Google product updates, features, and industry trends.
- Contribute to pre-sales activities, including solutioning and proposal development.
- Ensure compliance with security, governance, and architectural standards across all projects.
Required Skills
- Proven experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) services (e.g., Compute Engine, BigQuery, Cloud Functions, Kubernetes Engine) OR extensive experience with Google Workspace administration and deployment.
- Strong understanding of cloud architecture principles, including security, scalability, and cost optimization.
- Experience with infrastructure as code tools (e.g., Terraform, Cloud Deployment Manager).
- Proficiency in at least one scripting or programming language (e.g., Python, Go, Java).
- Excellent communication, presentation, and client-facing skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote team environment.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical capabilities.
Preferred Qualifications
- Google Cloud Professional Certification (e.g., Professional Cloud Architect, Data Engineer, DevOps Engineer).
- Google Workspace Administrator Certification.
- Experience with hybrid cloud environments and migration strategies.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and DevOps practices.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
