Job Description
Join Concentrix, a global leader in customer experience (CX) solutions and technology, as a Junior Concentrix Support Specialist in our vibrant Domain Northside office in Austin, TX! We are actively seeking enthusiastic and motivated individuals who are eager to start their career in customer support. Freshers are welcome – no prior experience is required as we provide comprehensive training and support to help you succeed. As a Junior Concentrix Support Specialist, you will be the first point of contact for our valued customers, providing exceptional support and resolving their inquiries with professionalism and efficiency. This is an excellent opportunity to develop essential communication, problem-solving, and customer service skills within a dynamic and supportive team environment. Key Responsibilities
- Provide professional and empathetic support to customers via phone, email, or chat, addressing their questions, concerns, and technical issues.
- Actively listen to customer needs and provide accurate information, solutions, and troubleshooting steps.
- Document all customer interactions and resolutions accurately in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to resolve complex issues and improve overall customer satisfaction.
- Adhere to company policies, procedures, and service level agreements (SLAs).
- Continuously learn and stay updated on product knowledge, service offerings, and support tools.
- Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.

- Basic computer proficiency and the ability to navigate multiple systems simultaneously.

Preferred Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Any prior experience in a customer-facing role (e.g., retail, hospitality) is a plus but not required.
- Bilingual proficiency (especially Spanish) is an advantage.
