Job Description

We are looking for enthusiastic and dedicated Inbound Call Centre Agents to join our growing remote team. This is a fantastic opportunity for individuals looking to start their career in customer service, as full training will be provided. You will be the first point of contact for our customers, assisting them with enquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive experience with BT. This is a 100% remote position, offering the flexibility to work from the comfort of your home.
Key Responsibilities
- Answer incoming customer calls promptly and professionally.
- Listen attentively to customer needs and provide accurate information and solutions.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently and empathetically.
- Escalate complex issues to appropriate departments when necessary.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Adhere to company policies, procedures, and service level agreements.
- Continuously learn and adapt to new product information and system updates.
- Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors to achieve departmental goals.
