Job Description
We are seeking highly skilled and motivated Online AI Trainers to join our remote team in Canada. In this high-reward contract role, you will play a crucial part in improving the performance and accuracy of advanced AI models. Your primary responsibility will be to evaluate, edit, and generate high-quality text data, providing crucial feedback that guides the AI’s learning process. Key Responsibilities
- Evaluate and provide constructive feedback on AI-generated text for accuracy, relevance, coherence, and safety.
- Edit and refine existing AI responses to meet specific quality guidelines and improve performance.
- Generate creative, high-quality, and diverse text prompts and responses to train AI models on various topics and styles.
- Annotate data with precision, categorizing information, identifying entities, and structuring datasets to enhance AI understanding.
- Identify and report areas for AI model improvement, contributing to the overall development strategy.
- Maintain high standards of data quality and consistency across all tasks.
- Collaborate with project managers and other trainers to refine guidelines and best practices.
Required Skills
