Job Description
We are seeking a highly detail-oriented and self-motivated Warehouse Auditor to join our remote team. In this role, you will be responsible for conducting thorough audits of inventory, processes, and compliance within Amazon’s extensive warehouse and fulfillment network, all from a remote work environment. You will play a critical part in ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and adherence to company policies and safety regulations. This position requires strong analytical skills, exceptional attention to detail, and the ability to work independently to identify discrepancies and propose corrective actions. You will collaborate with various teams, leveraging data and remote tools to maintain high operational standards across our global logistics operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform remote audits of warehouse inventory counts, storage procedures, and system data for accuracy and compliance.
- Analyze audit findings to identify root causes of discrepancies and recommend corrective actions.
- Review operational processes remotely to ensure adherence to standard operating procedures (SOPs) and safety protocols.
- Generate detailed audit reports and present findings to management, highlighting areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with warehouse operations, loss prevention, and other departments to implement audit recommendations.
- Monitor the effectiveness of implemented corrective actions through follow-up audits.
- Stay updated on company policies, industry best practices, and regulatory requirements related to warehousing and logistics.
- Utilize various software tools and platforms for data analysis, reporting, and virtual communication.
Required Skills
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (data analysis, pivot tables) and other data management tools.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setting.

- Minimum of 2 years of experience in auditing, inventory control, or a related field within a warehouse or logistics environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field.
- Experience with warehouse management systems (WMS) such as Amazon's internal systems.
- Certification in auditing (e.g., CIA, CISA) or quality management.
- Familiarity with Lean principles or Six Sigma methodologies.
- Experience in a remote work environment with a proven track record of productivity.
