Job Description

Join the Netflix Customer Help team as a Flexible Part-time Roster Specialist! We are looking for enthusiastic, empathetic, and tech-savvy individuals to provide world-class support to our global member base. In this remote role, you will be the first point of contact for members experiencing issues, answering questions, and guiding them through our vast content library. This position offers flexible scheduling options to fit your lifestyle, ensuring you can deliver exceptional service while maintaining work-life balance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide friendly, accurate, and efficient customer support via phone, chat, and email to Netflix members.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to streaming, account access, billing, and device compatibility.
  • Educate members on Netflix features, content, and subscription options.
  • Proactively identify and escalate complex issues to appropriate internal teams.
  • Maintain a high level of professionalism and empathy in all member interactions.
  • Adhere to scheduled shifts and maintain consistent attendance.
  • Contribute to a positive team environment and engage in continuous learning.

Required Skills

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and critical thinking skills.
  • Proficiency with computers and navigating multiple systems simultaneously.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Availability to work flexible part-time hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous experience in customer service, call center, or technical support roles.
  • Familiarity with streaming platforms and smart devices.
