Job Description
Join Currys PC World as a Customer Care Assistant focusing on online and chat interactions. Key Responsibilities
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via live chat, email, and other online platforms.
- Provide accurate information about products, services, orders, and promotions.
- Troubleshoot technical issues and guide customers through solutions.
- Resolve customer complaints and escalate complex issues to appropriate departments when necessary.
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and strive to exceed expectations.
- Document customer interactions and update account information accurately.
- Collaborate with team members to share knowledge and best practices.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures regarding customer data and service standards.
Required Skills
