Job Description

We are seeking a meticulous and dedicated Remote Customer Support Auditor to join our quality assurance team. This 100% remote position allows you to work from the comfort of your home, ensuring the highest standards of customer service are maintained across various channels. As an Auditor, you will be responsible for evaluating customer interactions, identifying areas for improvement, and providing actionable feedback to enhance our customer support processes and agent performance. Your keen eye for detail and commitment to quality will be instrumental in upholding our commitment to exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct thorough evaluations of customer service interactions (calls, chats, emails) against established quality guidelines and performance metrics.
  • Identify trends, discrepancies, and areas for improvement in agent performance and overall customer service delivery.
  • Provide constructive and objective feedback to customer support agents and team leaders to foster continuous improvement.
  • Prepare detailed audit reports and summaries of findings for management review.
  • Collaborate with training and operations teams to develop and refine quality standards and agent training programs.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
  • Participate in calibration sessions with other auditors and team leaders to ensure consistency in evaluation and scoring.
  • Stay updated on product knowledge, service changes, and industry best practices in customer support.

Required Skills

  • Exceptional attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and quality monitoring tools.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setting.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Preferred Qualifications

  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Business, Communications, etc.).
  • Previous experience (2+ years) in a customer service, quality assurance, or auditing role.
  • Experience working in a remote environment.
  • Familiarity with various customer support channels (phone, chat, email, social media).
  • Certification in Quality Assurance or similar disciplines.
