Job Description

Join Walmart as a Distribution Center Associate and become a vital part of our supply chain team in Tulsa, Oklahoma. In this role, you will be responsible for the efficient movement of merchandise, ensuring products are accurately received, stored, and shipped to our retail locations. Key Responsibilities

  • Accurately receive, unload, and stock incoming merchandise.
  • Operate material handling equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks safely and efficiently (training provided if needed).
  • Pick and pack orders according to established procedures and quality standards.
  • Prepare shipments for delivery, ensuring proper labeling and documentation.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
  • Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies.
  • Assist with inventory counts and quality control checks.

Required Skills

  • Ability to lift and move merchandise weighing up to 50 lbs regularly.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced distribution center environment.
  • Basic math and communication skills.
  • Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift for extended periods.
  • Reliable and punctual attendance.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous experience in a warehouse, distribution, or logistics setting.
  • Experience operating material handling equipment.
  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • Familiarity with inventory management systems.
