Job Description
We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and discreet WFH Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative support to multiple senior executives within Deloitte’s leadership team. This is a critical role that requires exceptional attention to detail, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage complex schedules and projects independently in a 100% remote environment. You will be instrumental in ensuring the smooth operation of our executives’ daily activities, contributing significantly to their productivity and overall effectiveness.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage complex calendars, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements across multiple time zones.
- Prepare and edit correspondence, communications, presentations, and other documents.
- Organize and coordinate internal and external meetings, ensuring all necessary materials are prepared and distributed.
- Act as a primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, screening and prioritizing communications.
- Handle confidential information with the utmost discretion and professionalism.
- Process expense reports, invoices, and other financial documentation.
- Assist with special projects and initiatives as directed by senior management.
- Proactively anticipate executive needs and provide anticipatory support.
- Maintain an organized digital filing system for executive documents and records.
Required Skills
- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant supporting C-suite or senior leadership.
- Exceptional proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize effectively.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- High degree of discretion and ability to handle confidential information.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote team environment.
- Problem-solving aptitude and proactive decision-making skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- Experience working in a large, fast-paced corporate or professional services environment.
- Familiarity with virtual collaboration tools (e.g., Microsoft Teams, Zoom).
- Experience managing international travel and complex itineraries.
