Job Description
We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Logistics Auditor with a strong data entry focus to join our remote team. In this role, you will be responsible for reviewing logistics data, invoices, and shipping records to ensure accuracy, compliance with company policies, and adherence to contractual agreements. Your primary focus will involve meticulous data entry, reconciliation, and identifying discrepancies that could impact our operational efficiency and financial integrity. This is a 100% remote position, offering the flexibility to work from your home office while contributing to a globally recognized brand.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform detailed audits of shipping invoices, manifests, and logistics records for accuracy and completeness.
- Execute precise data entry tasks, updating logistics systems with critical information.
- Identify and resolve discrepancies in billing, shipping details, and service agreements.
- Collaborate with various departments, including operations, finance, and customer service, to investigate and rectify issues.
- Generate reports on audit findings, data accuracy metrics, and compliance adherence.
- Ensure all auditing activities comply with company policies and industry regulations.
- Maintain a high level of confidentiality and data security.
Required Skills
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and analysis.
