Job Description

This entry-level position is perfect for those with no prior experience in the cannabis field who are keen to learn and grow. As a Dispensary Aide, you will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth store operations and providing excellent service to our valued customers. Your primary focus will be on maintaining a welcoming atmosphere, assisting staff, and learning the intricacies of our product offerings and compliance standards. Key Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome all customers with a friendly and positive demeanor.
- Verify customer identification to ensure compliance with state regulations.
- Assist customers with basic inquiries and direct them to appropriate staff or sections.
- Help maintain a clean, organized, and inviting store environment, including light cleaning duties.
- Support the sales team by restocking shelves and ensuring products are neatly displayed.
- Learn about various cannabis products, strains, and consumption methods through provided training.
- Ensure all areas of the dispensary are tidy and well-maintained.
- Adhere strictly to all company policies and state cannabis regulations.
- Assist with inventory counts and organization as directed.
Required Skills
- Must be 21 years of age or older (state legal requirement for cannabis industry).
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
- Strong work ethic and reliability.
- Ability to learn quickly and retain product information.
- Basic mathematical skills for transactions and inventory.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
