Job Description

As an Online Customer Liaison, you will be the primary point of contact for customers seeking assistance with orders, products, and services. You will utilize various digital channels to resolve inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and ensure a seamless shopping experience. Key Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive customer support through online channels including chat, email, and social media.
  • Address customer inquiries, resolve product and service issues, and process returns or exchanges efficiently.
  • Proactively identify customer needs and offer solutions to enhance their shopping experience.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in our CRM system.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., logistics, product specialists) to resolve complex customer issues.
  • Stay up-to-date with product knowledge, company policies, and service procedures.
  • Contribute to a positive team environment through active participation and knowledge sharing.

Required Skills

  • Proven experience in a customer service or support role (1+ year preferred).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a professional and empathetic tone.
  • Proficiency with various digital communication tools and CRM software.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to issue resolution.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote work environment.
