Job Description

We are seeking a diligent and organized Office Aide to join our administrative support team. This entry-level position is perfect for individuals looking to gain experience in a professional office setting and contribute to the smooth operation of our departments. The successful candidate will perform simple, routine administrative tasks, ensuring efficient workflow and a positive work environment. This role does not require prior extensive experience, as training will be provided.

Key Responsibilities

  • Sort, file, and retrieve documents and records accurately.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail, including sorting and distribution.
  • Assist with basic data entry and updating spreadsheets.
  • Operate standard office equipment such as photocopiers, scanners, and fax machines.
  • Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as needed.
  • Perform general clerical duties including photocopying, scanning, and collating.
  • Provide front desk coverage or reception support as required, greeting visitors and directing inquiries.
  • Ensure office common areas are tidy and organized.
  • Run errands within the office building or campus as instructed.
  • Support other administrative staff with various tasks to ensure smooth operations.

Required Skills

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Basic computer proficiency (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite, email).
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to follow instructions accurately and complete tasks efficiently.
