Job Description
Join H-E-B as an Evening Secret Shopper and play a crucial role in maintaining our high standards of customer service and store presentation. This part-time position is perfect for individuals who are detail-oriented, reliable, and available to conduct visits during evening hours, ensuring all tasks are completed by 9 PM daily. You will visit designated H-E-B stores or partner locations on ‘High Street’ (main retail areas) in Sugar Land, TX, evaluating various aspects of the customer experience from cleanliness and product availability to staff interaction and service quality. Your feedback will be invaluable in helping us continuously improve our operations and uphold our commitment to excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct covert visits to assigned H-E-B stores or partner retail locations during specified evening hours.
- Observe and evaluate customer service interactions, store cleanliness, product stocking, and overall shopping environment.
- Interact with staff as a regular customer, assessing their friendliness, helpfulness, and adherence to company standards.
- Complete detailed and objective evaluation forms or reports online immediately after each visit, ensuring accuracy and thoroughness.
- Adhere strictly to all guidelines and scenarios provided for each shopping assignment.
- Manage time effectively to complete all assigned visits by the 9 PM daily deadline.
- Maintain confidentiality regarding all aspects of the secret shopping assignments and findings.
