Job Description
We are seeking detail-oriented and analytical individuals to join our team as a Social Media Sentiment Analyst for text-based support. Key Responsibilities
- Analyze social media content, customer reviews, and other text-based communications to determine sentiment (positive, negative, neutral, mixed).
- Accurately categorize text data according to predefined guidelines and sentiment criteria.
- Provide consistent and high-quality sentiment labels for a variety of online interactions and brand mentions.
- Identify and flag emerging trends, critical feedback, and key discussion points within social media conversations.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement and refinement of sentiment analysis guidelines and tools.

Required Skills
